About This Project
Complete gutter and downpipe replacement on a Federation-era terrace in Haberfield. The original galvanised steel gutters were severely rusted, pulling away from the fascia, and overflowing into the wall cavity. We replaced the full perimeter with new Colorbond quad gutters and installed new 90mm round downpipes.
The Challenge
Sections of the existing fascia had rotted from years of overflowing gutters. These required timber repairs before new gutters could be fixed securely.
The Outcome
All gutters replaced in a single day. Water staining on the interior ceilings that had been worsening for years has now fully resolved.
