About This Project
Installation of a new Colorbond low-pitch roof over the rear extension of a terrace in Waverley. The existing surface had multiple failed patches and recurring leaks. We stripped the old material, installed new structural battens, laid Colorbond Trimdeck sheeting, and completed all edge trims and fascia in matching Colorbond.
The Challenge
The low pitch required careful lapping and sealing at every join. Tight laneway access meant all material had to be manually carried through the property.
The Outcome
Completely leak-free roof delivered in 2 days. The clients had suffered recurring leaks for over 3 years — the problem was resolved permanently.
